The effect above is called "Flash Carousel". We can configure speed, controlled with mouse or keyboard, transparency, reflection, background color, size of far images and more. The effect above is called "Tilt Viewer". Click symbol on bottom right of image to flip it over where you can put a description. Click on the top left image for an example. Next, right click on display and select "full screen". Click on images to zoom and remember, press esc on keyboard  to exit from full screen mode. We can configue thumbnail size and borders.
