Picking A Domain Name. The domain name is www.yourwebsite.com. The domain name will have to be registered annually at a nominal fee. Typically less than $15 a year.

Picking A Web Host. The host or server is a computer service that is connected to the world wide web. Your website can be hosted with us or anyone you wish. Limited hosting with us is $40.00 a year. Other hosting services are available and prices vary from typically $70 a year and up depending on what your needs are. Picking a Design. This part is probably the hardest part of the development process. Deciding on what you want the finished project to look like. Title, colors, background, images, content, font, navigation within the site, special features, and more. Overwhelming to think about ? This is where my service means the most ! Think of me as your guide. I will consult with you on your ideas and put them together for you to view on your computer. After that, I can change colors, backgrounds, text, content, images, etc. until you are satisfied with the finished project.

Help Pages. We have pages, for clients only, with navigation styles, image effects, tutorials for novice and advanced users. These pages will make picking out elements you would like to see in your website design easy and informative.

Maintenance. After the website is considered finished there is nothing more required to keep the site up and running. Annual fees only involve renewing the domain name and the hosting service. Generally, you want to update the content and images to keep current, but nothing more is required just to keep the website published. I can custom tailor a maintenance plan, if desired, to your specific needs. This could involve a small fee for changes as needed or you could opt for a monthly or annual fee if you need constant changes. Here again, you are free to decide what works best for you.

Browser Compatibility. Web pages display differently when viewed by various internet browsers. We test your website in IE7, Firefox, Opera and Safari browsers to insure compatability. Every step is taken to have your site display properly in the most popular browsers. However, let me point out that no one can build a website that will display the same in every browser and on every computer monitor.
